First Vlog: "On Fear"

Can we take a minute to just say,

HOLY COW!!!

I MADE A VLOG!!!!!!

I can’t believe I did this! I made a freakin’ vlog! 

Okay, got that out of the way – and now, let’s just recap a little on –

Fear!

Like I was saying in the vlog, I think fear is at the root of a lot. Doesn’t mean that I won’t be continuing with the 21 day fix and the re-focusing on food and so forth, but this is a pretty important component to address the underlying reasons behind things. And so …. this what I’m working on. This is what I need to work on.

It is AMAZING so far.

I listen to it on Audible – I’m pretty sure you get a free book to try it out, so that might be a way to listen to it if you want to join in.

  1. Hey, I am in the same place to use food for certain things I am finding this woman to be a big help, she has podcasts and tools to help. Most of it is free. https://www.phit-n-phat.com/ (I do not know her personally but have found some of her vlogs helps me). Take care
